One Stop Student Services

One Stop Student Services provides a single service point for students. Our approach, which coordinates Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Accounts, functions within one convenient campus location. The One Stop Student Services representatives strive to provide excellence in customer service designed to empower each student to find educational success.

Site Visits

The Admissions and Recruitment team engages with prospective students and community partners through high school visits, career and job fairs, and presentations for community groups and other constituents. These outreach efforts are led by CWI admission counselors, whose primary role is to guide prospective students through the admissions process. To request a visit to your school or organization please email visit@cwi.edu.

Individual Campus Tours

CWI also offers scheduled campus tours for future students. We encourage anyone considering CWI to take a guided tour to explore our campuses and instructional spaces. To schedule a tour, visit https://cwi.edu/visit and review the tour options to ensure you select a location and experience aligned with your program interests.

Group Tours

To request a group tour, visit https://cwi.edu/visit and scroll to the Group Tours section. Group tour capacity is limited, and requests will be reviewed based on availability. Tours of the Micron Education Center are extremely limited based on space restrictions and program availability.
